Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the people who have been affected by the horrific fires and to those courageous emergency and fire fighting personnel who fight the fires. Stay safe everyone!

We are nine months out!
REUNION 16:
The location is the Holman Grand Hotel, 123 Grafton Street, Charlottetown, PE. The dates are May 28, 29, 30, 2024 (Tuesday - Thursday).
NEW MEMBERSHIP:
If you know any RCAF Airwomen who would like to become a member and receive the newsletter fill out the following New Member Form.
LUNCHEONS:
These luncheons are independant of this organization. You do not have to be a member of the RCAF Airwomen's Reunion to attend a luncheon in your local area. If you are interested in meeting up with women you may have served with or whom served at the same time as you, get in touch with the facilitators to see what it's all about.
Some luncheons are monthly, year round. Some have their own annual schedules.

Our next lunch meeting will be on September 13th at Tony Roma's in the Londonderry Mall, 6604 137 Ave NW at 1:00 pm. The Kingston and Greenwood Ladies will hold their next Luncheon on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 at 12:00pm at the CAPITAL PUB, 333 Main Street, Middleton, NS. This is the old Capital Theatre. All Ladies from all Branches of the Military and RCMP are welcome to attend. Please contact Pauline Ryan at hughpd.ryan@gmail.com for more information.

Quinte Region and Kingston’s September luncheon location and date has not been finalized. Please continue to check out and “like” our Facebook page “RCAF Airwomen Quinte Region” as all upcoming events will be posted there. 6905W 54 Reunion in Ottawa, ON This Event is happening at the end of this month!
This is a callout to all women of basic course 6905W, we are having our 54th reunion in Ottawa on the weekend of the 29 September -1 October, 2023. If you would like to attend please contact Linda (Hollohan) Walsh at lwalsh0813@rogers.com. Thank you.

COMMENTS AND REPLYS:
Amelia Pelletier would like to send out best wishes to Vivian Hardy Phillips of Foxley River, PE on her 101st birthday which took place on August 20th 2023. Vivian was a Clerk in Special Operations Reconnaissance in the RCAF during WWII. Amelia's sister, Vina Patterson Trowsdale, kept in touch with her until Vina passed in away in August of 2020.

We include them in our monthly newsletters as we find them. If it has been more than five years their names go directly in the Last Post list on the website, but do not appear in the newsletter.
